WHETHER THE REGISTRATION OF PARTNERSHIPS SHOULD BE MADE MANDATORY
ABSTRACT Over the course of this paper it can be realised that the registered firms (or the firms which resembled the modern-day registered firms) have been kept on a higher pedestal, right from Islamic Jurisprudence which had the concept of the Musharakah Partnership to the Hanse League- an incidental coming together of cities for their mutual benefit and security, which also meant the mutual sharing of profits.
